About Green Creek Fire COMPANY

Our fire company was originally started in 1947 and became incorporated on January 18th, 1949, as Green Creek Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 of Green Creek, New Jersey. Our fire company provides fire and rescue services to the residents and visitors of Green Creek and Del Haven, New Jersey along with surrounding communities. The fire company is established as a non-profit organization and receives funding from the Commissioners of Middle Township Fire District No. 3 and community donations.

Currently, our fire company consists of 37 Members and many inactive life members. Our company is operated by two officer classifications, Administration (or executive), and Operations (or line officers). The administrative officers consist of the following offices: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasure. These officers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and membership of the company.

The line officers consist of the following positions: Chief, Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, two Captains, and Lieutenants. These officers are the Command Staff for our company during calls for service. Line officers are also responsible for the safety and training of members of the company.
